Humans without powers are just as diverse as humans of the real world (with some anime-character flexibility on hair/eye color and stature). Some are more accepting of their non-human neighbors than others– though all feel the strain of sharing limited resources with them, and all are a certain degree of wary towards them. And those humans with powers are as diverse as Laputans themselves. + laputansA blanket-term for the Natives to Laputa (the society that was blended with ours), though the survivors harken from a myriad of species, each with their own powers, appearances, dispositions and intellects. Some are humanoid, some are beastlike, some are their own unique thing. None stand taller than 10’/3m. Many of the larger ones face difficulties with both races because of their “Void-Dweller likeness”. These accusations seem largely unfounded, however. + void-dwellersAn exclusively NPC class of creatures that, as one can guess by the name, dwell in the Void that now surrounds the Bay Area. They’re generally treated as Old Gods or Ancient Spirits, particularly given their ability to rewrite two realms (ours and the Laputans’) over the course of a few days. Many fear them, while others worship them, and others wish to study them further. Their appearances and abilities are widely varied, and they tend to range from the size of a small sedan, to as large as skyscrapers. No one really knows much about them, but many suspect that they may not be done toying with this rewritten world, particularly given the occasional sighting in the Wilds near the Void. If you'd like a Void-Dweller to make an appearance in your thread, run your idea by a staff person. mizo.

changeling
A person that shifts from one form to another. Generally speaking, adopting a new form enables access to new abilities, whereas the default form is less powerful. Such transformations can either be at-will or caused by an external stimulus.elemental
A person who can generate and/or manipulate elements or inanimate objects at will. Such a gift is usually accompanied by a gesture or some sort of “tell” that the element or object is being controlled (i.e. it may be surrounded by an aura, a glimmer, etc.).mystic

Most Laputans find this term problematic, as it implies that “human” is the baseline, and anything else is “deviant from the norm”... which simply isn’t the case. As such, most “Variant” Laputans have their own name for what they are.mizo.
The list is by no means comprehensive, so if there's something you'd like your character to do, DM me on Discord and we can either make it work within the systems, or create a new Power Type. The only hard *no* is reality warping, or anything that cannot be countered (for now).
